Nabeigh Nawaz Chattha
I am a Canadian citizen who has studied and practiced law in Canada. As an advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons.) from the University of London, I come from a family of distinguished lawyers. Law has been a generational pursuit in my family, with both my grandfather and uncle being highly respected legal professionals.
To further enhance my expertise, I have pursued an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Management and Technology. I also hold a Paralegal diploma from Sheridan College in Toronto, Canada.
My practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial law, where I provide legal counsel to businesses on regulatory compliance, structuring, and contractual matters. With experience representing clients before judicial and administrative forums, including regulatory bodies and tax tribunals, I offer comprehensive legal solutions tailored to my clients’ needs.
Beyond corporate and commercial law, I also specialize in immigration law, assisting individuals and businesses worldwide, including in Canada, with their immigration needs. I provide legal guidance on permanent residency (PR) applications, work permits, study permits, business immigration, and family sponsorships, particularly spousal sponsorship. I understand the emotional and legal complexities involved in spousal sponsorship applications and work closely with clients to streamline the process, ensuring families can reunite without unnecessary delays.
